> > (1) [*\[Section 3A Subsection (1) amended by No. 51 of 2015, s. 6, Applied:01 Sep 2016\]*](/view/html/inforce/2016-09-01/act-2015-051#GS6@Hpa@EN) For the purposes of this Act, a person is taken to be an associate of an applicant for a liquor licence or liquor permit, or of a licensee or permit holder if –
