37 Cancellation of an on-permit, off-permit, small producer's permit or special permit

(1)  [Section 37 Subsection (1) amended by No. 51 of 2015, s. 37, Applied:01 Sep 2016] [Section 37 Subsection (1) amended by No. 51 of 2015, s. 37, Applied:01 Sep 2016] The Commissioner may cancel an on-permit, an off-permit, a small producer's permit or a special permit at any time if the Commissioner is satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so.

(2)  The cancellation of a permit has effect when notice of the cancellation is served on the person to whom the permit was granted.
