48 Prescribed particulars for sign
For the purposes of section 148ZL(2) of the Act, the prescribed particulars are the following—
(a) the name of the licensed premises;
(b) the address of the licensed premises;
(c) the name of the licensee or permittee;
(d) the licence or permit number;
(e) the date and time on which the closure and evacuation notice was served.
