99D Matters Commission must consider when exempting licensees from free drinking water requirements In making a decision under section 99B or 99C to exempt a licensee, class of licensees or class of activities from the requirement to provide free drinking water to patrons under section 99A, the Commission must consider— S. 99D(a) amended by No. 49/2021 s. 37.
