99 Refreshments to be available The licensee under a licence that authorises the licensee to supply liquor for consumption on the licensed premises or on any authorised premises must have available on those premises for purchase, and must provide on request, refreshments at any time at which liquor is available for supply. Note to s. 99 inserted by No. 13/2013 s. 29(2). S. 99A inserted by No. 57/2010 s. 15.
