91 Inquiry into whether there are grounds to take disciplinary action (1) The Commission may conduct an inquiry into whether there are grounds to take disciplinary action against a licensee or permittee— (b) at the written request of— (i) the Chief Commissioner of Police; or S. 91(1)(b)(iii) amended by No. 49/2021 s. 34. (iii) the Council in whose municipal district the licensed premises are situated. (2) A request made under subsection (1)(b) must set out the reasons for the request.
