79 Grant of application S. 79(1) amended by No. 58/2011 s. 104(Sch. item 4.129). (1) If no objection to an application under this Division is received within the period referred to in section 78(2)(a) (or that period as extended under section 174), the Commission must grant the application if satisfied that it was made in accordance with this Act. S. 79(2) amended by No. 58/2011 s. 104(Sch. item 4.129). (2) If an objection to an application under this Division is received within the period referred to in section 78(2)(a) (or that period as extended under section 174), the Commission must grant or refuse the application after considering the objection.
