72 Application of Division This Division applies to an application by a casino operator for— S. 72(a) amended by No. 59/2009 s. 30(f). (a) the grant or variation of an on-premises licence or a late night (on-premises) licence in respect of premises within the casino area approved by the Authority; or (b) the relocation of such a licence to other premises within the casino area approved by the Authority.
