7 What are the categories of licences and permits that may be issued under this Act? The following licences and permits may be issued under this Act— (a) general licence; (b) on-premises licence; (c) restaurant and cafe licence; (d) club licence; (e) packaged liquor licence; (f) late night licence; S. 7(fa) inserted by No. 49/2021 s. 7, amended by No. 28/2022 s. 149. (fa) remote seller's packaged liquor licence; (g) pre-retail licence; S. 7(h) amended by Nos 71/2011 s. 6, 20/2018 s. 5.
