68 Objection to grant of licence to amalgamated club (1) The Chief Commissioner may object to an application under section 67 on any ground he or she thinks fit. (2) A licensing inspector may object to an application under section 67 on any ground referred to in section 41(1). S. 68(3)(a) amended by No. 58/2011 s. 104(Sch. item 4.122). (a) be made to the Commission in writing within 14 days after the day on which a copy of the application was given to the Chief Commissioner; and
