62B Licensee or permittee must be notified of application for cancellation If an application is made under section 62A, the Commission must give the following persons written notice that the owner or mortgagee has applied to cancel the licence or permit— (a) the licensee or permittee to whom the application relates; (b) any person the Commission considers would suffer material detriment as a result of the cancellation of the licence or permit.
