59 Licence to be renewed within 3 months S. 59(1) amended by No. 57/2010 s. 13(2). (1) If, not later than 3 months after the day on which, but for this section, a licence or BYO permit would cease to be in force, the licensee or permittee pays the prescribed renewal fee in respect of the licence or permit, the licence or permit is renewed accordingly. (2) The licence or BYO permit remains in force from the day on which it would otherwise cease to be in force until the day on which it is renewed in accordance with subsection (1).
