50C Notice of right to occupy (1) If the transfer of a licence or BYO permit takes effect in accordance with section 50B(b), the transferee must give a notice of right to occupy to the Commission within 24 hours of the transferee gaining the legal right to occupy the licensed premises. (2) A notice of right to occupy referred to in subsection (1) must be in the prescribed form.
