31 Application for relocation of licence or BYO permit S. 31(1) amended by No. 58/2011 s. 104(Sch. item 4.64). (1) A licensee or permittee may apply to the Commission for relocation of the licence or BYO permit from the licensed premises to other premises. (2) An application for relocation must— S. 31(2)(a) amended by No. 58/2011 s. 104(Sch. item 4.64). S. 31(2)(c)(ia) inserted by No. 92/2004 s. 15(3), amended by No. 58/2011 s. 104(Sch. item 4.64). (ia) a plan or depiction of the premises to which it is sought to relocate the licence or BYO permit in a form specified by the Commission; and (ii) the prescribed relocation fee.
