163 Notice of compulsory conference (1) The Commission must give notice of a compulsory conference required under section 162(1) to— (a) the applicant; and (b) any person who was given notice of the internal review under section 154. (2) Notice under subsection (1) must— (a) be in writing; and (i) the date and time of the compulsory conference; and (ii) the place where, and manner in which, the compulsory conference is to be conducted. A compulsory conference may be conducted remotely. New s. 164 inserted by No. 49/2021 s. 51.
