151 Definitions ***applicable decision maker*** means— (a) a single commissioner performing a function or duty or exercising a power under this Act; or (b) a single commissioner performing a function or duty or exercising a power of the Commission under this Act under delegation from the Commission; or (c) an employee of the Commission performing a function or duty or exercising a power of the Commission under this Act under delegation from the Commission; ***Commission on review*** means the Commission constituted by 3 or more commissioners for the purposes of this Division.
