148Q Offence to permit contravention of banning notice or exclusion order (1) A licensee or permittee must not knowingly permit a person to whom a banning notice or an exclusion order applies to enter or re-enter the licensed premises in contravention of the notice or order. (2) An employee or agent of a licensee or permittee must not knowingly permit a person to whom a banning notice or an exclusion order applies to enter or re-enter the licensed premises in contravention of the notice or order.
