148 Court proceedings regarding Order (1) In any proceeding in which the validity of an Order made under section 147 is called into question, the court hearing the proceeding must not stay the operation of the Order pending the final determination of the proceeding, unless the court considers that there are exceptional circumstances. (2) If a court finds that an Order made under section 147 is invalid, that finding does not affect the validity, in relation to any period before that finding, of— (a) any banning notice given or exclusion order made in relation to the designated area that is the subject of the Order; and (b) anything done under this Part in reliance on that banning notice or exclusion order.
