146F Direction to complete approved advanced RSA program (1) The Minister, by notice published in the Government Gazette, may direct that a person who is in a class of persons specified in the direction must complete an approved advanced RSA program within the period specified in the direction. (2) A direction under subsection (1) may be given only in relation to classes of persons who are licensees or persons who sell, offer for sale or serve liquor on licensed premises. (3) A person to whom a direction applies must comply with the direction. (4) If a direction applies to a person (other than the licensee) who sells, offers for sale or serves liquor on licensed premises, the licensee of the premises must ensure that the person complies with the direction.
