139 Concurrent proceedings If, in respect of anything done or omitted to be done under this Act— (a) proceedings are brought against a person; and S. 139(b) amended by No. 58/2011 s. 104(Sch. item 4.202). (b) the Commission wishes to make a decision under this Act— the Commission may make the decision despite the bringing of the proceedings.
