132 Police to assist if person asked to leave premises All police officers are required, on the request of the licensee or permittee or their employee or agent, to expel or assist in expelling any person whose presence on the licensed premises or any authorised premises would subject the licensee or permittee to a penalty under this Act and whom the licensee or permittee has asked to leave the licensed premises or authorised premises.
