119A Person must not deliver liquor to a person who is under 18 years of age (1) Subject to subsection (2), a person who makes a delivery must not, without reasonable excuse, knowingly deliver liquor to a person who is under 18 years of age. (2) It is a reasonable excuse for the purposes of subsection (1), that the person making a delivery has seen an evidence of age document of the person receiving the delivery indicating that the person is of or over the age of 18 years.
