81 Transfer of business (1) The Director may authorise the applicant under section 78 or 79(5) to conduct the business under the licence if the Director is satisfied that the applicant is a suitable person. (2) A person authorised under subsection (1) is taken to be the licensee while the licence continues in force. (3) The Director may transfer the licence to the person authorised under subsection (1).
