69 Fees for licences and authorities (1) A licensee must pay the annual fees prescribed by regulation in respect of the licence and the authorities held by the licensee. (2) Before 1 November each year, the Director must give each licensee an invoice for the licensee's annual fee for that year. (3) A licensee must pay the annual fee to the Territory on or before the first business day in February of the following year. (4) If a licensee fails to pay the annual fee by the day referred to in subsection (3), the licence is automatically suspended until the fee is paid.
