65 Duplicate licences, authorities and permits (1) The Director may issue a duplicate licence, authority or permit to its holder if satisfied the licence, authority or permit was destroyed, lost or stolen. (2) The duplicate may be issued only on application by the holder of the licence, authority or permit and payment of the fee prescribed by regulation.
