63 Limit on new grounds During the course of any determination, inquiry, review or hearing under this Act or the Liquor Commission Act 2018, a person or body making an objection under section 61 must not raise any grounds for the objection that is not: (a) a ground specified and relied on in the objection lodged under that section; or (b) a ground that is responding to new information arising during the determination, inquiry, review or hearing.
