58 Investigation of applications (1) The Director may conduct an investigation into an application as the Director considers appropriate. (2) If an objection to the application is lodged under section 61, the Director must comply with section 62. (3) Any investigation conducted by the Director must be concluded within 90 days after the day the application is accepted.
