46 Unauthorised supply or service of liquor (a) the person intentionally supplies or serves liquor; and (b) the supply or service is on or in premises used or occupied for a commercial or business purpose and the person is reckless in relation to that circumstance; and (c) the supply or service is not exempted from the requirement for a licence under section 43; and (d) the supply or service is not authorised by a licence and an authority and the person is reckless in relation to that circumstance. 2 years. (2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(c).
