35 Unauthorised wholesaler A person commits an offence if: (a) the person intentionally sells liquor to a person; and (b) the sale is a wholesale sale; and (c) the person is not: (i) registered as a wholesaler of liquor under section 33; or (ii) a licensee with a wholesaler's authority; and
