33Application for registration

33 Application for registration as a wholesaler of liquor. (2) A licensee is eligible to be registered as a wholesaler under this section. (3) A wholesaler may be registered for a period of 1 year, 3 years or 5 years.

Liquor Act 2019 20 (b) specify the desired registration period; and (c) be accompanied by the prescribed fee. (6) After considering the application, the Director must decide whether to: (a) register the applicant as a wholesaler, with or without conditions; or (b) refuse to register the applicant. (8) A wholesaler's registration starts on the date of registration and ends on the expiry of the registration period. (9) A wholesaler's registration may be renewed by making a new application for registration.
