325 Transfer of licence (1) An application for the transfer of a licence or special licence made under the Liquor Act 1978 is to proceed and be determined under that Act unless the applicant gives the Director written notice that the applicant wishes to proceed and have the application determined under this Act. (2) The provisions of section 324 of this Act apply in relation to the licence or special licence being transferred.
