316Guidelines

316 Guidelines (1) The Commission may, with the Minister's approval, make guidelines in relation to the operation and administration of this Act. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the guidelines may relate to any of the following matters: (a) applications for licences, authorities or other matters under this Act; (b) the operation of licensed premises; (c) the obligations of licensees and their employees under this Act; (d) compliance with this Act; (e) complaints and disciplinary actions.
