315 Delivery or service of documents (1) A document, notice, direction or request may be given, delivered or lodged under this Act: (a) by serving it on the recipient as authorised by section 25 of the Interpretation Act 1978; or (b) by sending it to the recipient's email address as an attachment to an email. (2) Subject to evidence to the contrary, a document, notice, direction or request sent as mentioned in subsection (1)(b) is taken to be given to the recipient when it is sent to the recipient's email address.
