314Request for information

314 Request for information (1) For the purpose of performing functions or exercising powers under this Act, the Commission or the Director may: (a) make any inquiries or conduct an investigations the Commission or Director considers necessary; and (b) by written notice, request a person to give specified information or documents to the Commission or Director within a reasonable time specified in the notice. (2) A person commits an offence if the person does not comply with a request given to the person under subsection (1)(b).
