293Contravening licence conditions

293 Contravening licence conditions (a) the licensee intentionally engages in conduct; and

Liquor Act 2019 160 (b) the conduct results in a contravention of a condition of the licensee's licence or authority and the licensee is reckless in relation to that result; and (c) the contravention does not constitute another offence against this Act. (2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(c). (3) To avoid doubt, references in subsection (1)(b) to licence and conduct include an interstate retailer's licence and conduct outside the Territory.
