292 Permitting breach of Gaming Control Act 1993 (a) a person is found guilty of an offence against the Gaming Control Act 1993; and (b) the offence occurred on the licensee's licensed premises; and (c) the licensee had knowledge of the conduct constituting the offence against that Act. (2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(a) and (b).
