290 Posting of licence (1) A licensee, other than an interstate retailer, must ensure that the following are posted in a conspicuous place on or in the licensed premises that is visible to patrons: (a) a copy of the licence and all authorities held by the licensee; (b) the name of the licensee or its nominee; (c) a statement of the hours of operation; (d) a notice that liquor will not be sold to persons under 18 years of age. subsection (2) if the defendant establishes that the licence or authority was in the possession of the Director.
