28 Effect of application for review (1) An application for review does not stay the operation of the delegate's decision.
Liquor Act 2019 18 (2) Despite subsection (1), the Director may stay the operation of the delegate's decision pending completion of the review. (3) The Director may reject an application for review if satisfied: (a) the application is frivolous or vexatious; or (b) no grounds exist for the application.
