260 Annual report by Commissioner of Police (1) The Commissioner of Police must, each financial year, give to the Minister a report that provides the following information: (a) the number of suspensions imposed by the Commissioner of Police under section 258 and a police officer under section 259 during the year; (b) the licences and authorities that were suspended; (c) the periods during which those suspensions had effect.
