206 Revocation of permit (1) The Director may revoke a permit if the holder of the permit: (a) contravenes a condition of the permit; or (b) moves to a place outside the restricted area to which the permit relates. (2) As soon as practicable after making the decision, the Director must give a decision notice to the person who held the permit.
