202 Application for permit (1) An application for a permit must be in the approved form and lodged with the Director. (2) An applicant for a permit must satisfy the Director that issuing the permit: (b) will not have a significant adverse impact on the community. (3) The application must include the applicant's reasons for wanting the permit. (4) The Director may reject an application if satisfied the application is frivolous or vexatious.
