198 Expiry of restriction (1) If the declaration was made on the application of an owner or occupier of the place, the declaration expires if: (a) the owner's title to the place is transferred; or (b) the occupier's lease of the place expires or is terminated. (2) The owner of the restricted premises must give written notice to the Director if ownership of the place is transferred or the lease expires or is terminated.
