196 Warning of restricted premises (1) Within 14 days after making a declaration of restricted premises, the Director must display a notice outside the place warning the public of the restricted premises. (2) The notice must include the following: (b) a summary of the offences against sections 189 and 197; (c) any other information the Director considers appropriate. (3) The Director must: (a) revise the notice to include any variation of the declaration; and (b) remove the notice as soon as practicable after the declaration expires or is revoked.
