174 Application for general restricted area (1) Any person may apply to the Commission for the declaration of a general restricted area.

(3A) If a community alcohol plan is prepared for the proposed general restricted area, the application must be accompanied by a copy of the plan. (4) The Director may reject an application if the Director is satisfied the application is frivolous or vexatious.
