162 Notice to licensee (1) Within 14 days after making a decision to accept a complaint under section 161(2)(a), the Director must give the licensee written notice of: (a) the substance of the complaint; and (b) the Director's intention to investigate the complaint; and (c) the licensee's right to respond to the complaint under (2) A licensee may respond in writing to a complaint, which must be lodged with the Director within 14 days after being given the notice referred to in subsection (1).
