148 Offences related to undesirable liquor products (a) the person is subject to a direction under section 146; and (c) the conduct results in a contravention of the direction and the person is reckless in relation to that result. (a) the person intentionally manufacturers or supplies a liquor product; and (b) the liquor product is prohibited or restricted under section 146; and (c) the conduct results in a contravention of the prohibition or restriction and the person is reckless in relation to that result. (3) Strict liability applies to subsections (1)(a) and (2)(b).
