109 Producing records and other documents (1) A licensee must, on the request of an inspector or a police officer, produce to the inspector or officer: (a) any record required to be kept by the licensee under this Act; or (b) any other document relating to the sale, supply or service of liquor in the course of the licensee's business. (2) A licensee commits an offence if the licensee fails to comply with a request under subsection (1).
