107 Change of interstate retailer's licensee's status (1) An interstate retailer licensee must give the Director written notice of any variation, expiry, suspension or cancellation of the licensee's State or other Territory authorisation referred to in section 44(8)(a). (2) The notice must be given within 14 days of the change.
