96 Young people’s event approval—decision approval to conduct a young people’s event under section 95. (2) The commissioner may issue the approval to the applicant only if satisfied that the applicant satisfies the criteria prescribed by (a) decide the application for approval; and section 95—90 days after the day the commissioner receives the application; (b) if the commissioner requires the applicant to allow the commissioner to inspect the premises under section 95—90 days (c) 90 days after the day the commissioner receives the application. Note Failure to approve the conduct of a young people’s event within the required time is taken to be a decision not to approve the event (see ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008, s 12).
