92B Offence—failure to amend approved risk-assessment (1) A licensee commits an offence if— (a) the licensee is given an amendment notice under section 90C (2) (Approved risk-assessment management plan—amendment on direction from commissioner); and

(b) the licensee fails to comply with the notice. (2) A permit-holder commits an offence if— (a) the permit-holder is given an amendment notice under section 90C (2); and (b) the permit-holder fails to comply with the notice.
